At Alliance Factory, we train young athletes with purpose.
Our new Youth Performance Training program focuses on what actually helps athletes improve. We cut out the flashy drills and unnecessary extras and focus on building real strength, speed, and movement skills that carry over to sports.
This program is about results, not entertainment.

Our training is built to help young athletes develop the physical tools they need to perform better and stay healthy.
Athletes will work on:
Explosive power and strength
Speed and agility
Proper movement mechanics
Injury prevention and durability
Confidence and discipline through structured training
Meet Your Coach:
The Youth Performance program is coached by Tre Harvey.
Tre is an IFL All Pro linebacker with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.
He has spent six years playing professional football and over five years training athletes.
Tre does not just teach performance. He has lived it. His focus is on helping young athletes build strong foundations, work ethic, and confidence that carries over both on and off the field.

5th to 7th Grade
Monday through Thursday at 5:00 PM
8th to 12th Grade
Tuesday and Thursday only at 6:00 PM
Training groups are kept small to make sure athletes get proper coaching and attention.

Pricing
$35 per week or $250 for a 16 session pack (no commitment, use them when you want)
