What you can report:
Equipment not working properly
Strange noises or tension issues
Worn cables, handles, pads, or grips
Cardio machine errors
Broken attachments or missing pieces
General facility concerns (lighting, flooring, etc.)
What Happens Next
Our maintenance team reviews submissions daily.
We’ll inspect the equipment, schedule repairs, and update the status internally to keep everything running smoothly.
